Join us at 6:30 pm May 27th for an exclusive trephub introduction to Technology Docking, a new initiative aimed at securing NASA’s help for the technology entrepreneur. Mike Vinje, Small Business Technology Manager for Kennedy Space Center, will present the capabilities that this new initiative brings to the trephub community and the process to enroll your business. This initiative seeks to provide select small and medium-sized manufacturers and technology-based companies with access to NASA’s subject matter experts, advanced technologies, and capabilities drawing on NASA resources both at the Kennedy Space Center and across the nation.

About Mike Vinje:

Mike received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Washington State University after serving in the U.S. Army 25th Infantry Division.  He began his KSC engineering career in 1999 on the Space Shuttle as a contractor working the Orbiter Main Propulsion Systems, where he developed repairs and manned the firing room console during test and launch operations.  In 2005 he joined the Constellation Program where he served as the KSC lead for the Orion Service Module until accepting a position with the KSC Center Planning and Development Directorate in 2010.  Throughout his career Mike has witnessed firsthand the massive changes enabled by new technology, and he looks forward to helping industry drive more change in the future.
